Christina Anthony – CEO

As the CEO of Affordably Lavish Foundation, Christina Anthony brings a wealth of experience in construction, real estate development, and business management. Christina also serves as the CEO of Turn Two Construction, a woman and minority-owned company specializing in real estate development and construction management. Her ability to identify promising development opportunities and execute successful projects has been instrumental in the consistent growth of Turn Two Construction.

Christina’s leadership experience extends beyond construction. She has held senior management roles at Enterprise Holdings, a Fortune 500 company, where she excelled in B2B partnerships, employee oversight, and risk management. Additionally, Christina’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in her roles as a franchise owner of The UPS Store, a business consultant, and the founder of a solar company. Her comprehensive expertise in project management and construction estimating ensures that ALF’s projects are completed on time and within budget.

Shawn Lattibeaudiere – COO

Shawn Lattibeaudiere serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Affordably Lavish Foundation and is also the President and COO of Turn Two Construction. Shawn’s diverse expertise in real estate development, construction management, and business management positions him as a key contributor to ALF’s success. His leadership at Turn Two Construction provides him with valuable insights into construction costs, essential for ALF’s development projects.

Kathryn Farber – CFO

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Affordably Lavish Foundation, Kathryn Farber brings over 13 years of financial expertise from her career at Enterprise Fleet Management. Kathryn’s role as a Senior Client Strategy Manager involved financial budget consultancy for government organizations and private entities, with a focus on cost savings and financial strategy development.

Kathryn’s strong foundation in accounting and finance, supported by her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, enables her to navigate complex financial landscapes and provide strategic insights that drive ALF’s success. Her experience in government relations ensures ALF’s compliance and financial sustainability, making her an integral part of the leadership team.

Tia Harris – Secretary Director

Tia Harris serves as the Secretary on the Board of Directors at Affordably Lavish Foundation, bringing a unique and invaluable perspective to the organization. Tia represents individuals facing low to moderate income and life’s challenges—communities that ALF is dedicated to serving. Her personal journey of overcoming adversity aligns perfectly with ALF’s mission to reduce homelessness and provide safe, affordable housing.

Tia’s deep involvement with her church community and her commitment to financial literacy and community engagement underscore her faith-driven dedication to ALF’s mission. As Secretary, Tia serves as a vital link between ALF and the communities it serves, ensuring that the voices of those in need are heard and addressed.

Trudy Pilgrim – Vice President

Trudy Pilgrim, the Vice President of the Board of Directors at Affordably Lavish Foundation, brings over 11 years of experience in sales, customer success, account management, and onboarding. Trudy’s background includes a successful tenure as Sales and Marketing Manager at Diversified Life Solutions, where she played a pivotal role in achieving significant sales growth and revolutionizing marketing operations.

Trudy’s expertise in client engagement, event coordination, and community involvement has been instrumental in supporting non-profit organizations’ fundraising efforts. Her results-oriented approach and commitment to excellence align perfectly with ALF’s mission to provide affordable housing and make a meaningful impact on the community.

Gil Ovadia – Director

Gil Ovadia, the founder and CEO of Silvergate Management LLC, has an extensive background in law and real estate. With citizenships in Israel, the UK, and the USA, Gil brings a global perspective to ALF. His career spans over 30 years in the real estate sector, including roles as a British attorney, real estate and litigation attorney, and founder of a Real Estate Investments corporation.

Since moving to Florida, Gil has established Global Assets Realty and continued operations with Silvergate Management, overseeing over 500 real estate transactions and managing various real estate projects. Gil’s expertise in financial and legal advising, real estate planning, and project management is invaluable to ALF’s efforts to provide affordable housing solutions.
